Observation-
There is no good way to give away Tax Money for "good" purposes.
If you try and make it easy...then the fraudsters invade and billions of dollars go out the door(see all COVID relief fund money and every Somali fraud)
If you try and put safeguards on, then the red tape buries everything and you just grow government...making it cost $100 to redistribute $50, or $25, or $10.
That is why all those goody goody programs need to be left with the private sector with no government funding of "Non-Profits". Tunnels to Towers does as much good with 1/100th of the money as the VA. Why? Because the people in charge are doing it because they want to do good...not collect money and power.
Send help......and a storage unit. He kept the m'fer a secret. Maybe I should come home with a pair of $1000 shoes.
