Just got off the phone with the asshats at Home Depot.
I was to have 14 cases of flooring delivered today.
At 1:41 PM, I received a text and e-mail stating the delivery was complete.
I go outside and look on the porch, driveway, by the side garage door, and at the neighbors to see if I could find it. No such luck!
All this time, I was on hold with Home Depot. The lady finally answered and I gave the order info to her, and she said it was delivered.
I said it's not here, so she checked with the carrier.
Lo and behold, she said there was a medical emergency and that I would get the items on the next available delivery date.
Of course, I asked her why they just didn't send a message to me stating the delivery was being postponed, vice "delivered.".
I was pissed and she said I was on a recorded line. I said I knew that when I first called them.
They will get a bad survey based on the issue, plus having reps who are difficult to understand due to their thick accent.
Incompetence is everywhere! 😡
