First, a huge thank you to everyone who participated! I loved reading your stories, seeing your family photos, sharing your move from California to Texas(loved the license plate @Nondimmable), and even being treated to an amazing rendition of “You’re a Grand Old Flag” (looking at you, @marriedtodem! 😊).
It was wonderful getting to know so many of you a little better. Choosing a winner wasn’t easy, but here we go!
🥇 Grand Prize Winner: @B_ellen
Brenda, your story was an absolute tearjerker. Reading about your return home from North Africa because of the war and then flying over the Statue of Liberty… I can only imagine how emotional that moment must have been. Congratulations! You and a guest will receive two VIP tickets to the Gutfeld! show of your choice.
🥈 Runner-Up: @marriedtodem
Your heartfelt performance of “You’re a Grand Old Flag” brought a smile to everyone’s face. Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us!
⭐ Bonus “Count the Stars” Winner: @Marciswann
The official star count ended up being a little more challenging than expected! While your guess of 56 stars wasn’t the closest overall, it was the closest guess without going over, making you our bonus contest winner. And, for the curious, there were a total of 190 stars. Depending on your computer graphics, the number could’ve been, well was, all over the place.
Congratulations!
Thank you again to everyone who entered and made America’s 250th celebration so much fun. Winners, please keep an eye on your email—someone from the Gutter team will be in touch with prize details.
Congratulations to @GGSister3. Your question was chosen for tonight’s Ask Greg and the Panelists.
@GGSister3
What job have you been offered in the past that you know you were not qualified for but you took it anyway?
Congratulations to @KentC. Your question was chosen for tonight’s Ask Greg and the Panelists.
@kenyC. Who was your biggest tv/movie crush? Did you ever meet them?

The agreement between the men's US soccer team and women's team could end up costing the women money. FIFA has announced intentions to make sure the women's world cup in 2027 has the same payout the men's world cup does this year.
I doubt they are expecting revenue to be as high so I'm thinking the men's world cup will supplement the purse for the women's world cup. This means if the women place higher in their tournament than the men did this year they will get a bigger payout. Half that payout will go to the men's team.
So in a roundabout way FIFA could be subsidizing the men's team depending on how the women preform.
I'm also thinking should the payout be higher the women's team will try to find a way out from giving the men's team half.
