Happy weekend everyone. When we were at the Sugarland show earlier this month, we got to sit next to @nancyCBr and her husband and Kimmi, I'm sorry I forgot your full name, and her husband. Nancy remembered me because I like to post funny stuff. I have been slacking off lately, but hopefully can catch up a bit tonight.
We got to spend a leisurely day in Galveston together on Wednesday, so I'm sharing a pic from there. I know it's not Carmel or SoCal or the rocky NE or the white sands of FL but it's chill and a fun place to hang out. And my husband Ken's family's home town. It's still nice and warm here around Houston still but finally getting cooler.

A Missouri Farmer
A Missouri farmer in his pickup drove to a neighbor's, and knocked at the door. A boy, about 9, opened the door.
"Is your Dad home?" the farmer asked.
"No sir, he isn't; he went to town."
Persistent, the farmer asks the boy "Well, is your Mother here?"
"No sir, she went to town with Dad."
Growing frustrated, the farmer asks "How about your brother, Howard? Is he here?"
"No sir, he went with Mom and Dad."
The farmer stood there for a minute, shifting from one foot to the other, and mumbling to himself.
"Is there anything I can do for you? I know where all the tools are, if you want to borrow one, or I can give dad a message for ya." said the boy.
"Well," said the rancher uncomfortably, "I really wanted to talk to your Dad. It's about your brother Howard getting my daughter Suzie pregnant."
