I’ve discovered over the years, that when folks meet and interact with my lovely bride, prior to meeting me, they are usually surprised upon meeting me.
She’s a lovely, sweet, mothering, now grandmothering, woman…
I guess they expect me to be a little old ‘milquetoast’ sort of man.

Yeah, not so much.

I went to my love’s physical therapy today. There are some exercises that she’s has, which require my assistance. I was there to learn what to do in order to be of assistance.

I could see the surprise on the Physical Therapist’s face as she said;-

“It’s so nice of you to be willing to help, many partners won’t…”

“I just look like an insensitive asshole.” I responded
