How does one define a women? Well let's start at birth. If a child is born with female genitalia, it is female. If that child is born with male genitalia, it is male. No male can be identified as female if they just self identify as such. They still have the male equipment. If men have undergone chemical therapy or cosmetic surgery, they are still men. Females that have undergone chemical therapy or cosmetic surgery are still females. If I self identified as a rhinoceros and attached a small horn to my nose, I would be put away for proper treatment. Very few individuals are actually diagnosed with body dysmorphic syndrome. Even so, if your were male before you became a cosmetically modified individual doesn't mean you should be able to compete against individuals born as females. I especially abhor those allowed to compete and have access to ladies dressing areas that self identify as female that still have all of their male parts. that is ludicrous.
