Summer solstice bringing back memories...
Living in Southern California in the 80s was a magical time. I got some photos of Reef Point and Crystal Cove from the State Parks site. We would climb the rocks around the point to the other side and watch the photo shoots of the swimsuit models. The water just offshore was over 20 feet and we would swim in the kelp forests and see the Garibaldi fish. Super clear water! Sometimes we would lose a couple of people from being washed of the rocks from the waves. They would have to swim back. 😁
