We had lunch with my parents' best friends, a couple we have called "Aunt and Uncle" our whole lives. Haven't seen them in quite a few years. They are in their late 80s/early 90s but hanging in there. There is something very special at my age about being with people who held you as a baby and reminiscing and sharing old stories and memories. I have been feeling lost lately, now not so much. 💕
Trump's critics on the left, the Tucker types, the war hawks, and the democrats all pissing and moaning about Trump's patience need to get something straight. This isn't just a PEACE negotiation. It's also a HOSTAGE negotiation. Trump could send all the IRGC (the hostage takers) to Allah in hours. But he's trying to save the hostages (the Iranian people). Trump is not weak for acting with discernment and caution. He's showing leadership and humanity.
