Been busy and getting ready for some big doings...Getting ready for a visit tomorrow from my 91-year-old mom who I haven't seen since 2011 when I visited her on Long Island. I haven't felt this anxious since playing my first gig....OH MON DIEU !! Got my dates screwed up. She's arriving on Monday 9/30 not tomorrow....🙄😆

It is 6:30 a.m. e.s.t. &......Cleaned out the fridge,litter box 😖, stripped the bed, spun the mattress, coffee & breakfast for hubs, started laundry, dinner almost done, just finished vacuuming, Bella & Pheobe fed watered walked, plants all trimmed & watered 😳 I posted the hops tincture the other day🤔 yesterday🤭 I have been using it 3x a day since Sunday. I have NOT had to take an aspirin, have no nerve pain, fibro or otherwise, sleep has been productive,( not waking in pain) Monday, I was walkin on eggshells thinkin, How long will this last? Tuesday, I tested myself & "over did" a bit around the house, waiting for Dead on Wednesday....🤦🙄😳 NOPE!! Its THIRSTDAY 🤭 & I seriously feel FRIGGIN LIKE MY OLD(younger older) SELF!!! 😳🤷 W.T.H.??? I'll post the pic of the hops again...Its been the only thing Ive been using. I like it in coffee, good in juice...( you know its in there but we've all had worse) 1 ...
