Gotta share one of my biggest pet peeves I have with our elected officials--when they come around to present funding for some local/regional community group or the like. Big photo op and local news coverage of the hack, um, politician, presenting a check to a group.
Hey, that's my/our money you're giving away and taking credit for. If you're gonna be so damn generous and be given accolades, then start giving away your own money.

And while I'm at it, Pete @PeteH72 reminded us the other day how his AG in Michigan is on a lawsuit tear against the Trump Admin. I shared that our AG in NYS, Tish "Ain't A Dish" James has done similar suits. And ol' Tish is on an 0 for 20 something streak.
Eff these damned AG's as well. Using government funds and resources to bring what are just BS suits and for what? To get press for yourselves and show your political party how progressive and anti-Trump you can be?
