Been helpin my daughter with a project we call the "Money Pit" well she doesnt , the rest of us do.
All her uncles , cousins and me said don't buy it , it way to much work and money to bring it back to life .
She bought it anyway .....
She called me they day she wrote the check ....
"Dad I need to borrow your contracting tools and trailer "...

She didnt think it was funny when I showed up with a can of charcoal fluid and a box of safety matches.....
Send help......and a storage unit. He kept the m'fer a secret. Maybe I should come home with a pair of $1000 shoes.
