The film I robot did not end as it did in the book. In the book the 3 laws won out. People and robots developed a symbiotic relationship.
The film destroys the intelligence. Hated of technology starting with Frankenstein to the atomic bomb and now Ai.
The book Neuromancer was about a character that hacked the internet from within with a neural interface. He got greedy and his sponsors took away his hacking ability with drugs.
So he was this miserable character and the world was a shitty place.
Somewhere along the line I realized this world he was in wasn't so bad ? The film I robot wasn't so bad either. It was all in how you felt about it.
You can get together with anti technology people and be miserable with them. There's still going to be atomic bombs though. And Ai. Si. Whatever.
May as well be happy. It's a nice day so I'm going to go out and enjoy the global warming.
Why would people be afraid of Ai but not afraid of Islam ?
