Some musical Wednesday -
Route 66 features two famous musical roads that play "America the Beautiful" through your car tires as you drive over specially engineered rumble strips:
1. Springfield, Missouri (Newest)
Location: St. Louis Street near Queen's Gate 66 in Springfield, Missouri (the birthplace of Route 66).
How to drive it: Drive at 30 mph to hear the melody.
Details: Opened in May 2026 to celebrate Route 66 culture and America's 250th anniversary.
2. Tijeras / Albuquerque, New Mexico (Original)
Location: Historic Route 66 (New Mexico State Highway 333), about 3.3 miles east of I-40 Exit 170 near Carnuel and Tijeras (between mile markers 4 and 5).
How to drive it: Drive eastbound at 45 mph with your right-side tires passing over the rumble strips.
Details: Originally built in 2014 by the National Geographic Channel and the New Mexico Department of Transportation. (Note: Some sections have worn or faced maintenance changes over time).

This lady is not my president.
She is despicable.
She is the worst representation of any teacher.
Teacher number one rule,
"Remember that time I got angry and made a great decision?"
She has never made a great decision.
If we lived in a world without unions, science teachers would make more than PE teachers. I am not saying PE teachers do not do their job. I am saying that because of this stupid lady, teachers salaries do not respond to the free market rule of supply and demand.
The only question I have left about this "lady" is will the next thing she utters sound more or less moronic than what she said yesterday?
