Thoughts from a very senior person. Every few years there’s something new to try to scare me. 😱 Hiding under my desk in grade school in case the Russians drop a bomb, polio, global cooling, overpopulation, global warming, Y2K, Covid, climate change, and now AI. I am just not worried about what may happen in 10 years!! When it happens, it happens and I will deal with it then. As Kenny Chesney says “Carry On” if it feels good do it, if not, don’t. 🍻🍻

I wonder when the victims of blue state policies are going to wake up and take action in their own states? Instead of fleeing? I'm going to New York soon and the person I'm renting from told me he hasn't paid on the principal of his house in three months. Nevada is getting inundated by fleeing Californians, driving the housing costs up. They are complaining about the available jobs and pay too. There's not alot going on in Nevada to support people with $3000-$4000 a month mortgages. Utah was the same. I swear these people are like swarms of locusts. And they're not ALL conservative Republicans looking for a better life. A majority of them probably don't even vote.
Living in Pennsylvania, on the Maryland border, I've seen this situation for decades. House and car poor people will be exactly that, no matter where they are. One pay check from doom.
