Campanelle & Confit Tomato:
This dish is 100% one of those quiet overachievers.
Charlie’s campanelle is house-made pasta using his favourite toy… the pasta extruder (check out the video below of Simon pretending he knows what to do with it!)
The pasts is cooked al dente to give you the perfect bite, and then gets folded through confit cherry tomatoes, a lovely rich tomato sauce with garlic and slow-cooked tomatoes, a splash of pasta water to bring it all together and fresh basil right at the end.
It smells incredible the moment it hits the bowl, and when you taste it, you get a beautiful mix of sweetness from the tomato, richness from the sauce, and just enough freshness from the basil to completely light up your taste buds…
Send help......and a storage unit. He kept the m'fer a secret. Maybe I should come home with a pair of $1000 shoes.

When will this black and white epic turn to color??
The black and white is the socialist communist crap that is infiltrating our society. Our Schools. Our government.
The Color will only happen when there is a truly collective aha moment when a vast majority of the populace wakes up.
This has to be caused. Hopefully AI will be our savior in this rather than our destruction actually injecting acceptable truths individually to all people so they can have their aha moment and see things in color for the first time.

I leave you with a Gullaby tonight in honor of the @goodwitch. The Goodwitch is someone that has added much to the gutter and beyond the rainbow in so many ways. Thanks for all you’ve done over the past 6ish years here in the gutter etc. You’ve added much value and fun, along with consistent content over the years that’s made the gutter the place to be and absolutely extra. You’re a good friend to many of we guteratti’s, also past friends, and those we miss who aren’t with us anymore for whatever reason, as well as the new friends currently residing in the gutter. We love you for it Ms GoodWitch! I miss some of the old traditions, but more than that, I thank you for going above and beyond in all you do. You are truly loved more than you know.
