Home grown terrorism again. There's an advantage for islamists to groom someone not associated with immigrants. They're happy to point out no association. That happened by itself. Nope. It happened in a devious culture setting.
Just like gangs these groups need to be infiltrated and exposed. Deported or jailed. Muslims should be jailed with only Muslims because they're good at turning grievances into radicalization.
