After 25 years of being on cholesterol meds, I decided to switch it out for all natural cholesterol medicine by Humann.
My doctor said if it goes back up, I need to go back.
Ha! My cholesterol is good!
I guess nightly exercise and Humann fixed me. For now! Yay!
I also take Super Beets for my blood pressure.

“Rolling”

On the river.

“Big wheel keep on turnin'
Proud Mary keep on burnin'
Rollin', rollin'
Rollin' on the river”

We are going with a group of folks on a float trip down the Clark Fork River.
I may be the youngest of the participants.
Should be interesting.
