Fauci will probably not see punishment for his actions in this life.
However, there are 26 Republican governors.
Each state, one after another, should sue Fauci.
They probably won't win because of all the fed protections for Fauci.
However, responding to 26 back-to-back lawsuits would sure drain that $12 million dollars he got during covid.

I have a little book of the Constitution that I got at Cracker Barrel, and was looking at the 5th Amendment. The last line states "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." So the communist in NYC had better brush up on our rights. If he raises taxes and freezes rents to the point that landlords cannot afford their buildings, he CANNOT seize it for unpaid taxes without compensating the owner for what is owed on the building or the value of the building at fair market value. I'm no Constitutional scholar by any means, but these dsa communists had better read the laws of OUR land before they try to invade us. Just my opinion, so sick of this sh*t.
