Got some great news from the surgeon today. No surgery needed on the hiatal hernia, no stomach or colon cancer. Some stomach inflammation that can be treated with pills. Do not need to have it checked again for 12-18 months, unless there are issues. Need to keep losing weight, eating well, walking. I've been feeling good, so counting my blessings and lucky stars. 🤩🙏

I have a little book of the Constitution that I got at Cracker Barrel, and was looking at the 5th Amendment. The last line states "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." So the communist in NYC had better brush up on our rights. If he raises taxes and freezes rents to the point that landlords cannot afford their buildings, he CANNOT seize it for unpaid taxes without compensating the owner for what is owed on the building or the value of the building at fair market value. I'm no Constitutional scholar by any means, but these dsa communists had better read the laws of OUR land before they try to invade us. Just my opinion, so sick of this sh*t.
