Just made this broccoli quiche. Was about to cut into it, just out of the oven. I make them every few days and eat it for breakfast and dinner most days.
Guess what??? While waiting for it to cook, just saw an article on recalled eggs so I checked the FDA website. YES, I have the Simple Truth eggs that have been recalled!!! Talk about dodging a bullet!!! I have to thank my lucky stars tonight!
But now what am I going to eat??? LOL.
