This morning, I stayed home from PSR to keep my appointment with my Vaya Health counselor Jade, but then I got a call from her to let me know she had to cancel because something came up. So tomorrow at 9 a.m. - when we were going to meet today - we'll have our appointment, with part of it about the possibility of my meeting with a peer support case manager on Thursday mornings before I go to physical therapy.
Speaking of physical therapy, I've been avoiding the bike because of the sore place on my heinie and ending my workouts on the treadmill instead. However, my right hip is bothering me today, but I don't dare take today off. I need to keep going, because motion is lotion and I'll do better by staying active. And that's exactly what I'm going to do. 😋
