One of my cousins shared this on FB - he's a retired AF Col who did 4 tours in the Middle East after Iraq
30 years ago tomorrow, on June 25th, 1996, the Islamic radicals in Iran , using their now infamous terror proxy , Hezbollah, planned and executed the bombing of Khobar towers barracks in Dharan, Saudi Arabia. 19 US Air Force Airmen were executed and hundreds of others severely injured in the blast. I won’t recount specifics here since Wikipedia does a great job of that. Please take 5 mins to honor the dead by reading this link.
