Regardless of how it got this way. it is telling that all Democrats are happy the reflecting pool on the National Mall is green with algae and the paint is coming loose. It is like rooting for someone to die. WTF?!
On no proof at this point, it would not surprise me to find out fertilizer was dropped in the pool to create the algae bloom(it doesn't take much) and it also wouldn't surprise me if vandals started the paint peel. The pool is not that deep and all it would take piece of metal.
