Mike Krukow a broadcaster for the San Francisco Giants went off on the players that put bible verses on their hats. He said this as part of his rant.
"I think when you’re a player and you come into this environment, it’s your responsibility to know just how sensitive this city is in regards to that cultural freedom and religious freedom, and just the way that you live your life."
So he is bringing up religious freedom while arguing that the players shouldn't be allowed to express their beliefs? These people really give no thought at all to what they say.
The league is saying they are not punishing what the players wrote on their hats but that they wrote on their hats at all. There is a rule against writing anything on the uniform worn during a game. Didn't stop players from writing black lives matter though.
The MLB needs to figure out quick that the LBG... isn't calling the shots any more and there is no reason to force players into a celebration or even have a celebration at all for that matter.
And Mike Krukow is an asshat extraordinaire, my opinion.

Congratulations to @IMP85. Your Huli Huli recipe was chosen for tonight’s Sunday Suppers. After a fierce showdown between Imp amd @Arius-Trychus, the sugar won this round. I got the entries down to two and Mark chose the winner. Oh, and it was delicious. Sorry @Arius-Trychus, sweet always talks louder for Mark.
@Imp85, please keep an eye out for an email from a Gutter Team Member.
Thank you to everyone who shared recipes and helped keep my temporary “toaster oven, bbq, and crockpot era” alive. Here’s hoping to the kitchen face look flies by fast.
