I paid $5/gallon for gas yesterday in South Dakota. Even during the Biden years, our gas was never that expensive. Those of us who follow politics know that this is temporary pain due to the ongoing Iran conflict. However, a lot of voters who don't have any idea what is going on in the world, may vote differently in midterms due to the economic pain they're feeling.
The GOP needs to do something soon or many voters will turn on them.
