Food monopolies!
I used to work for one of the four companies he’s talking about (Cargill). My 5 siblings all worked for another one (Tyson). These companies’ goal is to control and dominate all aspects of the food industry from farm ownership, seeds, fertilizer, food processing, animal feed, and associated services (salt, sweeteners, preservatives, and distribution. They will control all the pricing of thes aspects.
