Hope I am not oversharing. I am in a great mood today. Feeling blessed. Having a treat day with an apple fritter from Allegretti's Bakery. I have lost a considerable amount of weight since September, and I need to keep going. I am on NO ZEMPIC LOL. Pure willpower, just like @Sus50 . Am still having swelling since my surgery almost 3 months ago, so they are sending me for a scan in a couple of weeks to make sure it's normal post-surgery and not my liver. All my blood work looks fine, it's not my heart malfunctioning, and I feel better than I have in a very long time. The post-surgery swelling is quite normal and can take up to a year to go away. That is my hope. My husband needs me to be here for him and I've still got a lot of living to do.😊

I want to thank everyone who prayed and/or sent good wishes to us after my request for our precious kitty Isabella being so sick. It truly touched my heart and gave us all strength.
We have some encouraging news: after Isabella spent Tuesday thru Thursday all day at the vet's receiving all day long I.V. fluids, and then home at night with Arie and I staying up all night to make sure she's eating the right food for kidney support, drinking lots of water, getting her meds, etc. she has really perked up quite a bit. She still has huge loss of kidney function, but Bella seems content to be with her girl, Ariel. We're adjusting a lot but are getting a schedule figured out for this.
We don't know how long we've still got with us, but we want it to bq1e good days and I'm sure your prayers have been a big part helped us get to this point. 🙂🥰🙏
