Jessica, you stupid ass, they committed a crime the second they crossed the border illegally. Thanks to Greg for pointing that out.
They are stealing fire hydrants so they can sell the couple pounds of brass in each one.
Say I'm over reacting but these people should be marched through the street in chains and then gutted and left to die slowly. This is as low as it gets. Putting entire cities in danger for a few dollars.
