“Protein’
Been a while since I’ve made a protein post.
Basically because ive switched to ‘fat’. 70% or more of my calories come from fat now. Usually in the form of egg yolks.
I still eat 10-12 ozs of meat, with 2 whole eggs, and 4 egg yolks. With bacon.
Tonight we took our daughter and her partner, ‘Needles’ out to dinner for ‘Needles’ 32nd birthday.
I had a 20 oz bone in ribeye…
We of course were overdressed.
A fine Friday Lenten meal here in the Northeast of fried haddock and cole slaw. And enjoyed watching the Yankees win their second game against the SF Giants.
I know I've missed time round these parts of late, but the start of the MLB season had to have been noted. Heck, known baseball fans like Andy @Mander2780 and @PeteH72 and JC @johnconner2046 had to have celebrated the start of the baseball season.
But I suspect nobody shared this one. At least this version. Terry Cashman's Yankees version of "Talkin Baseball"
