Morning Gutter Gang. Interesting what’s going on in New York State these days. Apparently the state is again considering changing sentencing guidelines to benefit the criminal of course. And now we have the chief justice of the state’s highest court speaking at a conference advocating the state legislature to further change, weaken statutes.
This is a great example of legislating from the bench. This state is trying to outdo California for crazy. Anyhow check out the story from the Post
