Life isn’t great at the moment. I may not be around until I can get my head straight and get life to stop throwing bombs at me. I just didn’t want you to worry when I didn’t show up

“No more Illinois”

Sometimes, as we head west, we travel through Illinois. We sometimes stay in Mt Vernon Illinois at the ‘Gateway Arch’ campground.
We will now avoid Illinois like California when we travel.
No food, no fuel, no overnight.
I know they will never notice, but it makes me feel much better.

Why?
Because my house has a lot more than ‘38 rounds of ammunition’.
I’ve also a few firearms.
I’ll not get an ‘FOID’ (Firearm Owners Identification card), nor will I ever ‘register’ a firearm.
The only purpose of registration is so that authorities have a list of what you own for confiscation.
