@frenchi. what is something weird that you recommend everyone trying at least once?
Mark specifically said he did not want to have dessert for his 64th birthday. So obviously… I ignored that part.
Instead, I'm trying a brand new recipe: cherry hand pies by Cooks Illustrated. . Basically upscale pop tart, but with higher expectations and a lot more pressure.
Wish me luck. If it sucks, we're calling it rustic.
Quick update: it came out pretty good. This will be great for breakfast too.
Had a great birthday weekend with Les...shout out to my bother- in- law -simply awesome!!! 💪 It was epic and just sooo much sensory overload!! Enjoy the pics!!!
