“Todays Protien”
I know this looks light compared to my usual fare.
A 15 oz sous vide NY Strip
6 large eggs cooked under a dome cover in order to cook the whites.
I did have about 16 ozs of Sashimi at the lunch we had with @The_CINC ‘s former ‘work husband’.
For those that don’t know, sashimi is ‘sushi’ without the rice.
Basically various types of raw fish.
And yes, I ate it using only chopsticks. After working in Taipei for two years, I’m quite good at their use.
