The problem is not just the leftist lawyers couldn't define "sex", the problem is that they don't define "trans". What makes a person "trans" and, therefore, subject to the protections the left is arguing for? Does a man need to grow his hair long? Wear women's clothes? Change his name? Get things surgically added/removed? How long must he claim to be a she? Does he just need to say "I'm a woman". And how many trans are allowed on a girls' team? 1? 2? The whole team? Given how much money is at stake for national championships, if I were a coach I'd replace every single girl with a dude and reap $millions.
