Reality Check
ROBERT DUCHEMIN SR

Both Hilly and Slick Willie Clinton failed to comply with congressional subpoenas this week. When two of President Trump’s advisors failed to comply, China Joe’s attorney general prosecuted them for contempt. In their cases, the only mistake they made was not seeking to have a judge determine their claim of executive privilege before they were scheduled to appear.

The Clintons, a/k/a Bonnie and Clyde, cannot rely on executive privilege. They were both private citizens and not advising the President during the time when the subjects of the subpoenas occurred. In other words, they are no better than the private-citizen advisors of President Trump. If we believe in the Rule of Law, and that no one is above the law, the Clintons should receive the exact same treatment. Let us see how many news organizations claim the Republicans are weaponizing the justice system when they are simply equally applying the law and implementing the Rule of Law.

Remember, both of the Clintons already lost their licenses to practice law after they each previously committed perjury and destroyed evidence. If the Democrats really believed in the Rule of Law, the Clintons would have been put in prison years ago. And I’m not even counting the number of people they ā€œsuicidedā€ over the years.

Speaking of disbarred lawyers, Mike Cohen is now claiming that his previous claims about President Trump breaking the law were completely made up, the result of pressure from aggressive federal prosecutors. Ahh, how I like it when people who fell for the communist propaganda finally realize they would have been better off just sticking with the truth. When someone’s level of ambition far exceeds their level of intelligence bad things will always happen to them.

It’s called natural selection and we should let it take its course.

In the 1970s, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) arranged for three comprehensive law enforcement experiments to be done in Kansas City, Missouri. One of the experiments was to discover the benefits of using a traffic stop to gather information about and/or arrest a subject. The experiment was a tremendous success. They learned so much about how to use a planned traffic stop to accomplish other objectives that today every law enforcement agency in the country follows the procedures established after the Kansas City study. It has become one of their best tools.

One of the interesting things they discovered is that more than 50% of the suspects who the police knew were carrying contraband still consented to a search of the vehicle when stopped by a regular police officer. That dropped to less than 10% when stopped by a federal officer. Apparently, the criminal minds believed that by consenting to the search the police would not search the vehicle or would just do a cursory search. What I find amazing is that fifty years later more than 50% of the drug mules still have not figured out that the feds knew they had drugs in the vehicle before the stop was arranged.

Anyway, another interesting discovery was that the traffic stop is a very safe way to arrest hardened criminals who are expecting a SWAT raid when the feds come to get them. Within 20 years, this procedure had become so widespread that every law-enforcement officer in the country knew how to do it. In the 1990s, I had a criminal case where the feds had recorded more than 2,000 hours of video evidence of my client committing crimes before they arrested him through the planned traffic stop.

The first step in the planned traffic stop arrest is to have local law-enforcement officers make the stop. It does not matter how stupid the drug trafficker is, if a DEA vehicle makes the stop, he is not going to go gently into that good night. In sanctuary cities today, their local government prohibits the police from making the first stop. This creates an incredible amount of danger for everyone.

The worst place to arrest a hardened criminal is their home. They usually have many weapons stashed there and often have five or six members of their gang, all armed, ready to resist any confrontation. In Minnesota this week, a person was shot because the sanctuary government refused to allow Homeland Security take a criminal into custody while he was in the safest place (jail) and refused to allow local law-enforcement to assist in the second-best option (the planned traffic stop). Instead, federal agents were forced to arrest the man at his home where he had members of his army available to attack the arresting officers. To say that sanctuary city policies are moronic is an insult to morons.

Likewise, when anti-American terrorists like Ilhan Omar claim that the feds are stopping everybody they think might be an illegal immigrant, they are insulting all breathing creatures. The feds not only know who the guy is, they have been following him for days (often months) collecting evidence of other illegal activity before they decided to make the planned traffic stop. Oh, they also hold a warrant issued by a judge directing them to take the specific individual into custody.

Omar is so stupid I often wonder how she made more than $30,000,000.00, while serving as a ā€œcongresspersonā€ for only five years. Oh yeah, I forgot, corruption. That is how she did it.

The college football transfer portal ended at midnight. When it ended, more than 1,600 players who entered the portal now found themselves losing their chance to attend college because they gave up the scholarship given them from the college they were leaving only to be cast aside by the rest of the college community. Their future darkened in two short weeks, leaving them in the gutter with a bitter outlook on life. Look for many of them to have their pictures on the wall of your local post office five years from now. You can thank our ā€œinstitutions of higher education,ā€ for this horrible situation.

On the other end of the spectrum, according to an ESPN report, all of the 15 or so good quarterbacks secured NIL commitments of at least $3 million a year to switch teams. Another couple dozen offensive tackles and defensive lineman were given contracts exceeding $1 million. So, all of those esteemed professors at these institutions concluded that making a few dozen teenagers millionaires while pushing thousands of others out of school was good for society. No wonder most of our top scientists were born and educated outside of this country.

Ask Greg Winning QuestionS

Congratulations to @Fuezie and @KevinProudTexan. Your questions were chosen for tonight’s Ask Greg and the Panelists.

@Fuezie What's one everyday thing that totally stresses you out and how do you deal with it...?

@KevinProudTexan Who is the most underrated celebrity or artist you wish everyone knew about?

Just another thought about how the minds of the left are warped beyond repair . People have been arrested for silently praying near an abortion center . Yet hundreds shout the most vile expressions , throw rocks and frozen water bottles near an ICE facility and they are lauded .

For all the talk of investigation of Walz and Frey in Minnesota...I give you this meme that hopefully one day will no longer apply
