On discussing the food pyramid last night on Gutfeld, Tyrus assed something I firmly believe in. He said one of the problems with people and food is that we have been told we need 3 meals a day.
Maybe working on the farm, getting up at dawn, doing hard work all day, people needed 3 meals. But with todays schedules and lifestyles we don't burn as much as we used to.
My point...I eat one meal a day...dinner and have a nice dessert. I drink coffee in the morning and drink Simply Lemonade with Blueberry during the day(diluted 1 to 1). I do not drink alcohol anymore.
If I eat my one meal earlier I am hungry for the rest of the day,(stomach shrinks overnight, if you eat breakfast it stretches out and the it feels empty the rest of the day so you feel hungry and eat all day) so eat around 6pm, dessert around 8. Bed around 10pm.
He is also right in "burn as many calories as you eat", although I agree your body adjust to what and how you eat.
