Harold is again not seeing the forrest for the trees. I retired from law enforcement. Two points. Law enforcement is not trained to shoot out the tires…or shoot the gun out of the bad guy’s hand, or shoot them in the leg etc. They are trained to aim for center mass. When they make the decision to shoot, they shoot to kill. The goal is to neutralize the threat. My second point is that I was on scene when a police officer shot a tire out of a fleeing vehicle. Guess what happened? The vehicle just drove away at a high rate of speed on the rim. Shooting the tire out only works in the movies, not real life. In your face Harold! 😁
