Some New Year Celebratory Trivia -
The first place on Earth to ring in the New Year is the Pacific island nation of Kiribati, specifically its easternmost islands like Kiritimati (Christmas Island), thanks to its location near the International Date Line (IDL) and its decision to shift the line eastward, making it UTC+14. While uninhabited locations near the pole might see the sun first, Kiribati is the first inhabited place with organized celebrations, followed closely by Tonga and Samoa.
Why Kiribati?
International Date Line: The IDL marks the boundary where each new day begins, and Kiribati's president moved it to curve around the nation in 1995.
Time Zone: This adjustment placed Kiribati in the UTC+14 time zone, making it the first to enter January 1st.
Inhabited & Organized: Kiritimati is a large coral atoll with residents who celebrate the New Year hours before most of the world.

Hey Gutter Miracles good morning. McDonalds had a great program where they hired special needs people to do food prep for the last 2 years my son was not only happy about going to work he felt like part of the team and contributing a service to the greater good. McDonalds canceled the program last month because of the new minimum wages increases.
So all you people who continue to repeat the lie that The Regressive Party is democratic/progressive here's another reason why your lack of courage sucks
