I can't remember where I heard the idea but a 10 year probationary period for immigrants makes sense. Involvement in anti American activities or crime violates probation. You go back. That's understood.

Every country that ensures that any immigrant can and must work when they get to their new country has no problem with migrants. Any country that doesn't...and supplies a safety net of all kinds of Social Services...does.
Most Asian countries require this.
