The Australian civilian that jumped on the back of the beach shooter should be a national hero. It's how all of us should respond when we have the chance to stop a criminal. Jump on their back and grab their throat if possible. Too often we've heard of bystanders looking, doing nothing to end the crime. It's those that act that are our knights in shining armor.
