We are so grateful to have found The Gutter and to be part of a place where we can meet wonderful people and feel a real sense of community. We truly have so much to be thankful for, and today we love to celebrate that together.

As for me, I’m thankful that my family is healthy and happy, that the kids have their homes and their jobs, and that I can pause during the day to notice something in nature I don’t see every day…..flock of starlings murmuring around our refinery.
Those little moments mean everything.

Neither my husband nor I wear wedding rings. I've never much liked wearing jewelry (only put on a few pieces for fancy occasions), and it bothers him when he's working.

My pet Guinea pig, "pineapple chubbs" passed away, I don't know when. Usually I share my vegetable snacks with her after I've cut them up, but she wasn't there today. I don't know when she passed away, and I wish whoever knew had told me right away. When she was first adopted, she would run away so fast wood chips went flying everywhere. But she was so tame with me. She would actually run up to me to see what the little snack was that I had for her and she would make little noises at me demanding that I bring more. So, so, sad. Maybe I'll make a little ornament that looks like her with wings on it for Christmas as a gift to myself. Anyone got an AI image I can download and make into an ornament?
