Congratulations to @SGKusmertz. Your question was chosen for tonight’s Ask Greg and the Panelists
In a crisis, are you the go to person, or do you fall apart?
Tonight's New York steak dinner. 😁😋 Also included white cheddar & spinach dip with baguettes, kale salad with apple, gouda & berries, and blackberry cheesecake.
While researching the sad news about John Lodge, I came across more news about the passing of another Rock Legend.
Chris Dreja, a founding member of the Yardbirds, whose work on rhythm guitar and bass provided a foundation for the band’s holy trinity of lead guitarists, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page. He died on Sept. 25 in a nursing home in London. He was 78. The cause was complications of multiple strokes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, his daughter, Jacqueline Dreja Zamboni, said. After the group broke up, Page offered Dreja the position of bassist in a new band he was forming (later to become Led Zeppelin).[12] Dreja declined in order to pursue a profession in photography and the position was filled by John Paul Jones. He photographed Led Zeppelin for the back cover of their debut album. He worked in a photo studio in New York for a few years and at one point did a shooting session with Andy Warhol. Much of his photography work involved Rock music subjects. RIP
