Mark says both win… I guess I’m competing with a seasoning packet now.
If you’re interested, here’s the recipe below. Yes, I used ground beef. It’s what I had and it worked.
Beef Stroganoff

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 lb white mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp oil (divided)
Instructions:
1. Cook Mushrooms
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and 1/2 tsp salt. Cook until browned (5–7 min). Transfer to a bowl.
2. Sauté Onion & Beef
Add 1 tbsp oil. Add onion, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook 5 min.
Add beef, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Cook until browned (5–7 min).
3. Make Sauce
Stir in flour. Slowly add broth and whipping cream. Simmer until thickened (3 min).
4. Finish & Serve
Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms.
Season to taste. Serve over noodles.
Congratulations to @nancyCBr. Your question was chosen for tonight's Ask Greg.
@nancyCBr Which celebrity death, recent or past,, impacted you the most?
It’s come to our attention that a member of our community has been scammed which is very unfortunate. For that reason we wanted to take a minute to make the entire Gutter Community (both members and supporters) of a simple important truth. No one from the Official Gutter Exec Family will ever ask you for money or request that you keep our conversations Private. These are 2 HUGE red flags that should tell you that whoever is texting or communicating with you - that something is off and could be very malicious. It’s an absolute horrible tragedy that there are people out there who would do this, but Unfortunately there’s no stopping evil - we just all need to stay vigilant. Stay safe and god bless!
Happy Saturday everybody!
Happy birthday to singer Darlene Love from the Phil Spector produced girl group the Blossoms. She sang lead on 'He's a Rebel' and 'He's Sure the Boy I Love,' which were credited to the Crystals. She was soon a highly sought-after vocalist and worked with many rock and soul musicians of the 1960s, including Sam Cooke, Dionne Warwick, Bill Medley, the Pet Sounds, Elvis Presley, Tom Jones and Sonny and Cher. In the late 1980s and also in the 1990s, Love also began an acting career, playing Trish Murtaugh, the wife of Danny Glover's character, in the four Lethal Weapon movies. She is most famous for “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” on Letterman.
