Generally speaking, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution does not apply to private businesses. Employers can restrict an employee's right to free speech in the workplace without infringing on the First Amendment.

This year, I feel bad for the people coming in for the Sturgis rally. We have had multiple rainy days every single week since summer started (which is very unusual in the Black Hills), and they're forecasting thunderstorms for at least half of the rally days.
Since many of the bikers camp, torrential rain and hail might not be such a fun experience. 😕
On the flip side, the grass is still green and there are pretty wildflowers everywhere. Usually, by rally time, the grassy hills have dried out and turned yellow. So the bikers will at least get some beautiful scenery for their rides.
