Finally got some shots of these babies , they usually run when they see ya pull out a camera.
I mean they are movie stars , been in a few of them and commercials, he rents them out and does technical stuff on animal sets.
They belong to my buddy Robbie , the only black person I know that can claim slave decendency and prove it , they have the papers hangin on the wall and the original deed to 40 acres from the govt. on their farm they still own plus 10 others his family bought up.
They live up the hiway a bit at a place called Blind Pony , it was a buncha 40 acre plots for slaves , and the Army gave them all the Blind Ponys and Mules from the military herds to use for farmin.
His family was good with animals so they trained the blind mules to plow on commands and sold them to folks , and GGG pa had a salve that would cure the pony's eyes , and they would train them to be workin horses and the family has made their livin every since raisin some of the best Quarter Horses in the country ....
