Morning Gang. I got watching TV with the bride and didn't get back to the Gutter last evening for one last video in honor or Mel Brooks' 99th birthday yesterday.

At 3:30 a.m. a car was parked in the middle of the T-intersection on our side street with the car running and driver's door open, and a guy was dribbling a basketball in the middle of the street for over 10 minutes. My husband called the police right away, and they never showed. WTF. I think he was casing the area to see if he made noise, would anyone in the houses hear him? Probably will be back for some catalytic converters soon. This is when I hate living in the city. The sh*t that goes on in the middle of the night while the law abiding citizens are asleep.

We have companies coming in and they will need electricity. Trump tells them they will also become a "utility" company - he wants them to build their own power plant and not rely on the OLD Electric grid.
Those words are not exact but my interpretation. Each company will be an electricity producing self-sufficient entity not dependent on anyone. They asked if he can "do that" and he wants to try. If that can be done it's a brilliant solution / idea to help the ongoing evolution of future human needs for power sources.
I contend that Gen Z has plenty of money to achieve the American Dream...
What they don't have is the discipline and patience to save money for a goal.
They grew up with immediate gratification ....
If they want it they get it...
Now .
Every since they were small they have got what they want from mom and dad
Okay I can see Rachael's "Spanx" ....
Any way , they get what they want almost immediately...
Order lunch , its right there , order something on line, there the next day , got a question , key it in ,answer in a split second.
And it seems like money is no object when want that new IPhone , Gaming System , Spring Break , Vacas with friends , New Car.
Need to get back to teaching Thrift , Patience , Saving , Setting Goals to Achieve your Goals.
