Down for my Mom's 95 birthday week, asked her what she wanted to do. She said,
Clean the sticks out of the yard
So that's what we did, in the middle of a 94 degree, 100 milles north of Houston day.
Ladies and gentlemen of the Gutter, my Mom and our pile of sticks.
The woman is only happy if she has a neat yard. She's happy now and so am I.
I'm watching one of the babies tear into a mouse while mom and baby#2 are hanging in the redwood. And, then, this little guy goes slithering through the pond.
