Whipping up some dumplings while he is trapped on a plane destined for home. A little surprise for him when he returns. First time attempted all on my own. We will fry them up on Father's Day. And , yes, I even made the wrappers.

Just wrapping another adventure--4 days, 3 nights: Cleveland, Canton, and Stuebenville...Caught an Indians (I know that's not official name!!!) game, Rock and Roll and the Football Hall of Fames...then finished off with the Dean Martin Featival...I need a vacation!!!!

Let’s take a moment to honor the fathers and father figures who helped shape us into who we are today. My own memories of my father are few – he battled cancer early on and passed away at the age of 62. But, what I do remember is his hard work and the unwavering way he provided for our family. The middle photo is from the big wedding day. To the left, dad is posing with his first car, a 1942 Buick.
