Barbecuing lamb chops tonight with a pomegranate reduction sauce. Any tips for grilling lamb chops?
It looks pretty simple. Salt and pepper. They cook pretty fast. I am currently reducing 4 cups of pomegranate juice with 2T of brown sugar and a pinch of salt. I will serve the chops with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots..
Let’s hope they will come out looking like the picture!
UPDATE: I would say this is a MAKE AGAIN! I'm not a fan of mint so I left that out of the garnish along with the pomegranate seeds. . Once off the bbq, I topped the chops with a T of olive oil, parsley, salt and garlic mixture. Then drizzled some of the reserved pomegranate glaze on top. The recipe came from Cooks Country.

A ‘Huckleberry Milkshake’.
We jumped on I-90 (The 90 for you escapees of Cali) went to St. Regis and jumped onto the Paradise Byway.
It follows the Clark Fork river. We turned off onto MT State HWY 28 and followed the ‘Flat Head’ river through the Flat Head reservation to Hot Springs MT, where we turned around.
We burned up over a half tank of fuel so we stopped in St Regis on the way back to top it off.
I of course got a Huckleberry milkshake. My June allotment.😂🤣
