Spent alot of time today in my imagination. Imagining something the way it would be fun for me - kinda like a wish that feels like it comes true. I highly recommend it, exercise your imagination, and imagine a little fantasy. It's amazing how your worries will rest for a bit and you'll feel a burst of optimism and joy.
