You need to rethink who is a Welfare Recipient.
I paid into both programs for 43 years on top of the taxes you rob from me to pay for people who refuse to work or take care of them selves .
Those are Welfare recipients.
I paid my way and then some ,I am not.
Social Security and Medicare are not "Entitlements" , we paid for them .
Well some of us did ...
And if you didnt you should receive none of it.
Its why the programs are going broke.
